Do you accept walk-in appointments?
We do not accept walk-in appointments at any of our locations. We follow an appointment-only model.
How do I get a receipt or QR code for my vaccine doses?
If you are unsure of your vaccination date, did not receive a vaccination receipt email or if you need to download your enhanced vaccine certificate, visit this link: covid19.ontariohealth.ca.
I am unable to attend on any of the provided appointment times. Will I stay on the waitlist?
Yes, you will remain on the waitlist and we will continue to send booking links for upcoming clinics.
How can I contact your pharmacy if I have questions?
